Invest in the eternal! Our VBCC missionaries have submitted opportunities for us to help people around the world meet Jesus and step from death to life. Can you think of a better gift to give? 

 The five projects below have been selected by the Missions Leadership Team and approved by our elders. In addition to these projects, we give a monetary gift to every missionary on our rolls. Any surplus of giving will go toward missions funds that need to be replenished. Would you prayerfully consider how you might be a part of the Christmas Love gift this year? Contributions can be made by designating your gift for the "Christmas Love Gift" or make your donation during our Christmas Eve service when we will have a specific time to offer our gifts to the Lord. Any donations received after December 31st will go to next year's Love Gift.

 

This Year's Projects 

  • Shinshu Community Church (Japan). Pastor Rob Taylor has let us know his church is in need of more meeting space. They currently have completed the first half of this project, and are looking to complete the second half this spring.

  • Engagement Forums (Africa/India). Mike Latsko and his team have been organizing forums for national leaders in various countries to recruit, train, and send national workers to unengaged peoples.

  • Hope to People (Ukraine). This ministry focuses on evangelization efforts as well as serving those affected by the war.

  • Scripture Translation (India). The scope of the South India translation cluster is poised to bless a quarter of a billion people! A key part of this is to have the whole Tamil Bible published by 2030.

  • Chogoria Hospital (Kenya). The goal of this project is to quickly help those who have limited or no access to care due to poverty. Additionally, Dr. Jim Ritchie has mentioned that more funds are needed to cover transportation costs of donated medical supplies.

In addition to these projects, we give a monetary gift to all of our missionaries. Any surplus will go toward missions funds that need to be replenished. No need to specify which project you would like to give toward; our Mission Leadership Team will prudently disburse based on need. Contributions can be made by designating "Christmas Love Gift" or make your donation during our Christmas Eve service when we will have a specific time to offer our gifts to the Lord. Any donations received after December 31st will go toward next year's Love Gift.
